Chef-owner: Vinh Le & Duong Huynh · Opened 2021
Opened in February 2021 by partners Vinh Le and Duong Huynh — the same team behind the Saigon Babylon pop-up. Vietnamese iced coffee served alongside banh mi built from house-roasted duck and short rib; the Prospect Street café quickly became Central Square's default weekend-brunch line.
$15–$30 per person
Modern Vietnamese cafe with excellent coffee and creative banh mi. The duckfit banh mi is worth the hype. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is dangerously addictive. Expect a weekend brunch line but it moves fast. The vibe is immaculate.
