Opened 2022 at 221 Concord Ave — a former printing press converted by owner-architect Maria Rondeau into an open-kitchen room a few blocks from her home. Her third restaurant with chef-husband JuanMa Calderón (Lima native; alum of Boston's Celeste and Esmeralda), the menu leans into Peruvian-Chinese chifa traditions alongside the ceviches and lomo saltado.
