The Central Square follow-up (opened 2025) to Mohamad El-Zein's original 2016 Inman Square Moona. Pastry program run by James Beard semifinalist Giselle Miller (alum of Menton, Deuxave, and Café ArtScience). Chef Scott Ryan trained at Sofra and Harvest.
$30–$60 per person
Eastern Mediterranean mezze restaurant with a Lebanese-leaning wine list and Levantine baked goods. The Central Square location expanded the original Inman concept with a 96-seat dining room and full bar.
