About This Exhibition

Danehy Park is Cambridge's largest active recreation park, covering 50 acres on a beautifully reclaimed former landfill site. The park features athletic fields for soccer, softball, and cricket, a quarter-mile walking track, rolling hills that are perfect for sledding in winter and kite-flying in spring, and a popular playground. The elevated terrain offers surprising views of the Boston skyline. It's where Cambridge goes to play — less touristy than riverfront parks and beloved by residents.
