Founded 2017 by Aaron MacDougall, a former investment banker who became a finalist at the US Cup Tasters Championship. Beans are roasted on a Probat at the Kirkland Street cafe and the wholesale program supplies a handful of Boston-area cafes.
$15–$30 per person
Independent roaster five minutes from Harvard Yard, roasting single-origin beans on-site twice a week. Known for pourover, a small but considered food program, and the kind of quiet space that attracts writers and grad students.
